Cuidado humanizado de personal de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente hospitalizado por dengue con signos de alarma

Resumen


El cuidado humanizado es esencia de la profesión de enfermería, muchas veces por la carga laboral y la cotidianidad se va perdiendo ese sentido de humanidad al momento de brindar cuidados. Es importante identificar de manera oportuna prácticas con falta de vocación a fin de evitar insatisfacción en los usuarios receptores del cuidado; lo que generaría sin sabor en el momento en que su salud se ve resquebrajada. En el presente artículo se realizó una búsqueda sistemática de la literatura tomando como base las directrices establecidas por Kitchenham & Charters, (2007) con la finalidad de identificar, analizar e interpretar las diversas evidencias científicas disponibles a fin de abordar con experticia el tema del cuidado humanizado de personal de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente hospitalizado por dengue con signos de alarma. Se elaboraron preguntas de investigación, búsqueda de información relevante, actualizada y de calidad. Se consideraron lo artículos publicados entre los años 2017-2021 publicados en base de datos tale como: PubMed, Redalyc, Cochrane, Web of Science, y ScienceDirect que se encuentren en inglés. La variable “Cuidados humanizados que brinda enfermería” fue estudiada en las siguientes dimensiones e indicadores: Interacción enfermera-paciente, Apoyo emocional, Apoyo físico, Atención anticipada, Priorización del cuidado y Disponibilidad para la atención.
